International Patients Department

  • The International Patients Department (IPD) at Narjes Infertility Treatment Center is dedicated to providing comprehensive healthcare services for infertility treatment to international patients. These services include coordinating with the admissions unit, scheduling initial consultations with the IPD physician, assigning the treating physician, coordinating with the inpatient ward and operating room, managing financial estimates and billing, and ensuring follow-up care for international patients.
  • The IPD experts facilitate communication between the patients (or their representatives) and the IPD physician, who reviews the necessary information and determines the required steps for the patient's referral and treatment process. These experts streamline every stage of the patient’s journey, from their arrival in the country to their discharge, ensuring smooth communication and care.
  • All services provided to international patients are beyond the standard offerings and are delivered as VIP services. The IPD also collaborates with hotels, arranges transportation from the airport to the hospital, assists with visa issuance or extensions, books travel arrangements, and organizes sightseeing tours, thus reducing the logistical concerns of the patient and their companions and providing significant support.
